Eight Enchanted Evenings

This weekly group for 13-17 year olds will meet on Monday afternoons, outdoors, in North Berkeley. Over eight weeks, group members will build skills to address anxiety and boost self-esteem—sessions may include dreamwork, journaling, psycho-geography, and other colorful modalities.

Participants are requested to attend every session. The group will be capped at seven participants. Each group will last 90 minutes.

Cost: $600 for eight 90 minute sessions, plus a paid initial assessment. A 10% discount is available for registering multiple siblings.

Accessibility info: Eight Enchanting Evenings will take place in an outdoor setting with uneven terrain. It is not accessible by wheelchair. Additional COVID-19 precautions will vary depending on the needs of the group.
