Group therapy
Groups are wonderful opportunities to grow relationally in community with others. Noah keeps his groups small, to ensure depth. His groups are usually limited term, and often focus on a particular theme (e.g. death) or skill (e.g. self-esteem).
Noah’s standard fee for group counseling is $75 per 90 minute session. However, Noah offers a limited number of lower-cost spots for people with limited means.

Arts + Parts I and II
Arts and Parts is a four-week intensive for kids aged 8-11 aimed at boosting self-confidence, building skills to reduce anxiety, and deepening self-awareness through therapeutic expressive arts. Sessions will take place at the Center for the Human Arts in North Berkeley.
Eight Enchanted Evenings
This weekly group for 13-17 year olds will meet on Monday evenings, outdoors, in North Berkeley. Over eight weeks, group members will build skills to address anxiety and boost self-esteem—sessions may include dreamwork, journaling, parts work, and other colorful modalities.
